Hi! Do you have any advice or something on how to start a healthy lifestyle like yours? You're eating so healthy and still delicious meals (I adore your blog btw) and you're working out as well. I wanna start that, too. But I don't even know where to start. Like I LOVE chocolate. I can't stop eating huuuge amounts of it. And I'm not much of a sporty person...

Hi, that you want to start and change something is a very good starting point. When I started to change my lifestyle to become a fitter person, I honestly hated sport – especially running. But I managed to run three times a week for 30 minutes. At first it was a mix of walking and running. But I became better and started to have fun.
Because I always liked sweets I began to eat a fruit when I wanted something sweet. You do not have to cut out all your chocolate, because certainly this will lead you to binge someday. But maybe you eat just one piece - I know it is not easy – and eat more fruits and veggies instead and drink enough. Make some little workouts of 10-25 minutes or start with going for walks each day.
After a while you will be accustomed to life that way and it will be fun for you to prepare healthy meals.
